Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Cyber Security
Engineer to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia
supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to
implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate Army
adoption of the DoD Cloud services under the Army's Cloud
Enterprise Technology Services (CETS) contract. The CETS program
provides Information Technology services and technical subject
matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to
the Army cloud (cARMY) environment that currently includes Amazon
Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6.The
successful candidate designs, tests and implements security
controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent
internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company
email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Enables authorized
service tier providing a foundation from which Army applications
can reach cyber authorization in a more efficient manner taking
advantage of cloud technology and automation to reduce data center
infrastructure while enhancing overall security posture and
guidance. Support the full RMF lifecycle for the cARMY baseline on
each network domain, including all applications, networks, nodes,
VPCs, cross-domain services, and capabilities within the boundaries
of the cARMY service. For each new service offering prepares the
necessary security and usage guidance, Tenant Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP), and other artifacts necessary to satisfy cyber
requirements. Produces and maintains the required RMF documentation
and artifacts necessary to support all RMF A&A activities as
well as any tailoring of controls and/or documentation to support
RMF A&A on the network domains. Researches attempted or
successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs
countermeasures. Maintains hardware, software and network firewalls
and encryption protocols. Administers security policies to control
physical and virtual access to systems. Direct people-management
responsibility is required. Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Physics, or
Mathematics; fifteen years of experience designing and implementing
information management systems may substitute for academic
degree.Ten years' experience designing and implementing information
management systems.Three years within the past five years of
experience in RMF Tiering and Type Accreditation requirements,
coordination, artifacts, and cyber support including direct control
and responsibility over subordinate cyber engineers working
requirements, design, implementation, and testing of distributed
cloud cyber security.Three years within the past five years of
experience in development, implementation, and administration of
multi-tenant, enterprise cyber security solutions using automated
processes and tools to perform system availability and integrity
monitoring, validate security and configuration compliance, and
ensure sensitive data protection.Three years within the past five
years of experience with commercial cloud service providers cyber
engineering solutions in a Linux and Windows multi-tenant
environment on commercial cloud services (Amazon Web Services or
Microsoft Azure, and/or if needed for the new CSPs). DoDM 8140.03
(former DoD 8570.01-M) IAM Level III certified (e.g. CISM, CISSP
(or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO) within 6 months of taking
position.Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir,

Range: $140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
