Senior Project Manager - Paving & GradingPosition Overview:The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, with a focus on paving, grading, and overall construction management. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
• Oversee all aspects of paving, grading, and construction processes
• Manage project resources and track progress against established goals
• Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
• Manage project documentation and record-keeping
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards of workQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in paving, grading, or construction
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and best practices
  • Experience with project management software and tools
