Job Description:
Primary responsibility: Selling new Bigbelly waste units (and
software) to targeted new accounts and some existing Bigbelly
accounts within the assigned geography. This is an individual
contributor position, not a manager of a team.
Success in this role will require remote and in-person sales of the
Bigbelly solution/system. Ability to strategically in a 6-12-month
sales cycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and
a combination of thoughtful sales strategy, creative planning, and
aggressive engagement across the decision makers of targeted
account list.
An ambitious mentality and the ability to be focused, organized,
and flexible in a dynamic environment are critical. This is a
highly active position, with unlimited growth potential, reporting
to the Sr. Director of Sales - East US. The role will 'call high'
and all other needed levels, and interface primarily with medium
and large municipalities, colleges/universities, and some
enterprise accounts, in the PA/NJ/DE area of the United States,
building a high-value pipeline of sales opportunities.
Will require approximately 40% travel within the multistate
regional territory. Work from home office. The role will require
living and traveling within the PA/NJ/DE territory. The ideal
candidate would ideally live in eastern PA.
