Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance program for all lines
of business
Provide strategic direction and guidance on regulatory compliance
across business areas
Lead the Compliance Committee activities and ensure appropriate
reporting and oversight
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 10+ years of managed care compliance or regulatory
experience
Experience in Government Services, Health Plan, or Regulatory
agencies
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience and 5 years in a
managerial role
