• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Preferred but not required: Cardiac cath and/or IR experience

  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Start date: ASAP
  • 12-18 cases a day
  • Scrub, circulate and monitor tasks
  • High volume, high acuity Cath Lab unit takes STEMI call
  • Team oriented and hard working group
  • 3 labs, all newly renovated
  • Philips rooms, newly upgraded a year ago
  • Medrad and manifold for injections
  • XPER and EPIC documentation systems
  • Treatments include TAVRS, watchman, cardiomems, carotids, impella, CTO, peripherals, TEVARS/EVARS, STEMI
  • 3 person teams for each lab, consist of Techs and RNs
  • BSN preferred
  • Ratios: 1:6
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other
  • Is on-call Required? No
  • Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs
  • Open to accommodating block schedule at manager's discretion
  • Locals accepted: Yes
  • RTO Restrictions at manager's discretion
  • Guaranteed Hours as per billing rules
    • Job Requirements
    • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required
    • Minimum of 1 year cardiac or critical care experience required
    • Experience in cardiac cath and/or IR preferred
    • Clinician will float within scope to medical assignment and ED (for medical holds)
