Job Description:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a flexible schedule based on your life while enjoying more manageable 1:1 caseloads.

About the Role:

- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Promote health, teach, and train family members

Requirements:

- Must have a good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Must have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
