Cherrydale Veterinary Clinic (CVC) in Arlington, VA is in search of a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). Seeking a full-time or part time LVT for our small but busy full-service animal practice. CVC is open seven days a week and offers a variety of services to our clients including surgery, hospitalization, acupuncture, cold laser therapy, client education and ultrasound technology. Candidates must be honest, reliable and demonstrate strong leadership skills. If you are a self-confident, compassionate person with a positive attitude then CVC is the right place for you. LVT Candidates are required to have the following skill set: Hard-working with at least 2 years of veterinary experience. Monitor anesthesia, prep for surgery, perform dental prophylaxis, administer clinical treatments as directed (Topical, PO, IM, SQ, IV) and record medical information.
