This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for providing key insights and information to support decision-making processes. You will be working with cutting-edge technology and tools, and your work will directly impact the success of our business. You will be expected to analyze and interpret complex data, create reports, and provide IT support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is continuously looking for opportunities to learn and grow.Responsibilities:1. Analyze and interpret complex data sets, using statistical techniques to provide insights and recommendations to the team.2. Work closely with the IT support team to manage and maintain our ERP systems, including Infor XA and SAP.3. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.4. Use Microsoft Power BI, Python, and SQL to create detailed reports that present data in a clear and actionable way.5. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.6. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.7. Collaborate with different teams to implement data-driven strategies and improve business processes.8. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.9. Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Microsoft Power BI), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python).4. Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Infor XA or SAP.5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.6. SQL certification and Python certification are preferred.7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.9. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams.10. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.11.
